Reporting Illegal or Infringing Content

Anyone — not only account holders — can ask us to review content hosted on rawbase.io that they believe is illegal or infringes their rights. Send a notice to contact@rawbase.io describing the content, its location on rawbase.io, and why you believe it is illegal or infringing. We aim to review and act on valid notices without undue delay, and we will let both the notifier and the uploader know the outcome. If we remove or restrict content, we will make reasonable efforts to tell the uploader why, as described in the Terms of Service.

Copyright Notices (DMCA)

rawbase.io respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid copyright takedown notices. rawbase.io does not currently have a postal address on file and has not registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, so this process is offered as our standard practice rather than as a claim to statutory DMCA safe-harbour protection. See the Imprint page for more on this.

If you believe content hosted on rawbase.io infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@rawbase.io that includes all of the following:

  • Your name, address, and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The URL or specific location on rawbase.io of the content you claim is infringing.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

We will act on valid notices promptly by removing or disabling access to the identified content. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice by the same process; we will generally restore the content between 10 and 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original notifier informs us they have filed a court action. Accounts that receive repeated valid infringement notices may be suspended or permanently banned.

“RapidRaw” is a trademark of its respective owner. rawbase.io is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by RapidRaw or its developers. References to RapidRaw and the “.rrpreset” file format are used solely for descriptive purposes to indicate compatibility.

The preset files and images on rawbase.io are user-generated content. We do not pre-screen all uploads and cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or fitness of any file. You download and use files entirely at your own risk. rawbase.io accepts no liability for damage caused by files obtained through the platform.
