By accessing or using rawbase.io you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

About rawbase.io

rawbase.io is an independent community platform for sharing and discovering photo editing presets. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by RapidRaw or its developers. References to “RapidRaw” and “.rrpreset” refer to a file format supported by the RapidRaw application and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Your Account

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may hold one account. Creating duplicate accounts to evade enforcement is prohibited.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us immediately at contact@rawbase.io.

Content You Upload

• You retain ownership of the preset files, images, and text you upload. By uploading content you grant rawbase.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, serve, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload and distribute everything you submit, including any presets, preview images, and descriptions.
• You can remove your own presets at any time from your account. To request full removal of all associated data, contact us.

Prohibited Content and Uses

• Do not upload preset files that contain malware, exploits, or malicious code.
• Do not upload NSFW, illegal, or hateful content in preview images, thumbnails, or text fields.
• Do not upload presets you do not have the right to distribute.
• Do not engage in spam, coordinated vote manipulation, or operate fake accounts.
• Do not scrape or crawl the platform in ways that place excessive load on our infrastructure or that circumvent access controls.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. We are not obligated to pre-screen every upload, but we respond to user reports and may act on our own initiative. Decisions on content removal and account actions are at our discretion. Disclaimers

rawbase.io is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Preset files on this platform are user-submitted. We make no warranty about their safety, quality, or fitness for any purpose. You download and use files at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or conduct of third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rawbase.io and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
