rawbase.io is committed to handling your data responsibly. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and what rights you have over your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information — email address, username, and password when you register. Email and username are required; all other fields are optional.
• Profile information — first name, last name, bio, avatar image, and social links, only if you choose to provide them.
• Uploaded content — preset files, preview images, titles, descriptions, and tags you upload to the platform.
• Interaction data — votes, favorites, and reports you submit.

How Your Data Is Stored

• Account and profile data, preset metadata, and interaction records are stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database.
• Preset files and preview images are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage.
• Avatar images are stored in Supabase Storage.

Third-Party Services

• Vercel Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised usage statistics such as page views and performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is shared with Vercel Analytics.
• Azure AI Content Safety— preview images you upload are sent to Microsoft's Azure Content Safety API for automated moderation. Images are not retained by Microsoft beyond the review request.

Cookies and Sessions

We use cookies solely to manage your authentication session. These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and are set by Supabase Auth when you sign in. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Public vs. Private Data

Published presets, preset metadata, and your public profile (username, bio, social links) are visible to anyone visiting the site. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

Your Rights

You can update or remove your profile information at any time from the Settings page. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us using the details below.

Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account remains active. If you remove a preset, it is taken down from public access. Contact us to request complete account deletion and permanent removal of your data.
